Wine Making

Grapes are 100% de-stemmed after sorting.

Pre-fermentation maceration (12°C) for 3 to 5

days. Fermentation in temperature controlled

vats (18 to 20 days).

Ageing 16 months in oak, 50% new.

Serving Temperature : 13-15°

Cellaring potential : 8 to 10 years
