Product Description
2014 Domaine Pattes Loup Chablis 1er Butteaux
” The elegant, complex aromas of tangerine, sage, lemon and almond nuttiness and the saline minerality underneath is utterly seductive right out of the bottle. The entry is full of lemon zest and juicy ripe fruits and the mineral backbone and salivating acidity leads through the palate. The wine is very well delineated and is has a silky fine mouth feel. Again, with rounded minerality tailing at the back of the very long finish with more ripe fruits lending a softer, rounder impression compared to the Beauregards which has more compacts mineral expression today. A wine with real breadth and pedigree. Drink or hold. We suggest a decant of 30mins or a bottle air of 60mins before serving if the intention is to drink now! ” Wine Journey
