Champagne Benoit-Dehu has taken over the family estate in recent years and has begun his own labelling recently. His Rue du Noyer attempts has now achieved cult status and with just 2 barrels produced for the recent vintage, impossible to procure. Benoit Dehu is incredibly acute to carbon foot-prints and takes attempts to reduce them in various fashion. The paper on the label are made from nearby fig trees while the oak for barrel-making are sourced from nearby forests.
