- 50 % Chardonnay, 30 % Pinot Noir, 20 % Pinot Meunier
- Malolactic fermentation is full
- Maturing on fine lees during 8 months
- Ageing in bottle between 2 and 4 years in the cellar
- Base vintage 2012 (70%) + Reserve wine from 1986 (30%) (solera)
- Dosage: 5g/L
Tasting Note: Floral, green apple fruits. Very good flavours across the palate with lime zest added better complexity at the back. Very long finished with chalky mineral aftertaste. Refreshing!
