Adrien Dhondt took over his parents’ estate in 2010. Barely in his mid-twenties, Adrien has transformed the estate into an ‘up & coming’ star of Champagne. Needless to say, our 2016 allocation were duely snapped up. The world soon noticed and Michelin-starred restaurants including Lung King Heen (The only 3-star Canontese restaurant), Atlas Bar Singapore started listing Dhondt-Grellet.
