Frédéric never drank a drop of alcohol until he was 19, due to his dedication to football, yet today he is renowned among Champagne producers for his keen tasting abilities and his relentless exploration of the world of wine.
Frederic lets the wines speak for the vintage. Most of Savart’s wines are fermented in stainless steel, although he is increasing the use of barriques, which he has been working with since 2004. Malolactic may be carried out or not, depending on the individual wine and the particularities of the vintage.
Champagne Savart Bulle de rose
This fine and elegant rose shows of the typicity of the pinot-noir with fruit-forward red fruits. This based on the 2012 vintage and has a silky texture and a lovely purity of red-fruit flavor. It finishes with succulent depth and a long, lilting fragrance, enlivened by the racy acidity of the vintage. Rated WA91.
