These poor, highly draining slopes force the vines to grow deep into the rock in search of water, naturally producing low yields and concentrated fruit without excess.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eGranite gives the wine an elegant, linear structure, with a vertical sense of tension, precision and refinement. The dry conditions of the site proved especially beneficial in the rainy 2024 vintage, when vineyards on heavier soils faced greater mildew pressure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is a blend of 60% Pinot Blanc and 40% Pinot Gris from the same parcel. Both varieties were harvested on the same day, pressed together, and vinified entirely in 228-litre and 400-litre oak casks, where the wine remained for 10 months.
