Château de Charodon

Château de Charodon is eponymous of the young negociant business founded by Louis Vallet, based in Montagny-les-Beaune, just outside Beaune, Burgundy.

Louis’ resume as a winemaker is remarkable. Besides being in the third generation of Pierre Bourée Fils domaine, where he worked for years,  Louis amassed invaluable experience from stints in the Biobio region of Chile, as well as distinguished producers like Pascal Marchand and Bernard Zito.

Louis demonstrates a clear philosophy in staying true to the signature of the vintage, while honing the best potential of the wines. Like his mentors, he focuses on drinkability and enjoyability, with plush.
