Fabrice Agrapart turns his attention away from the Côte des Blancs for Ameunia, working with 100% Pinot Meunier from the Premier Cru villages of Mareuil-le-Port and Festigny in the Vallée de la Marne. Rather than emphasising Meunier’s easy fruitiness, his interpretation is more structured and vinous — a Champagne of texture, tension and depth.
In the glass: ripe pear, peach and mirabelle plum meet baked citrus, subtle toast and gentle spice. Beneath the fruit runs a distinctly saline, mineral tension, while restrained oak ageing brings texture without overwhelming the wine. Silky, finely bubbled and resolutely dry, Ameunia combines the generosity of Meunier with an elegant, serious edge.

Founded in 1894 in the Grand Cru village of Avize, Champagne Agrapart is a renowned grower-producer in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Now led by fourth-generation winemaker Fabrice Agrapart, the estate continues its commitment to artisanal, terroir-driven viticulture, crafting Champagnes that express finesse, minerality and remarkable depth.
Today, Fabrice oversees a 5.5-hectare estate comprising 4.3 hectares of family vineyards inherited from the former Agrapart & Fils, together with 1.2 hectares of newly acquired parcels in Avize and Oger.
While honouring the family's long-established pursuit of precision and purity, Fabrice brings a fresh and distinctive vision to Champagne Agrapart. His wines embrace texture, imagination and thoughtful experimentation, resulting in expressive, characterful cuvées that challenge convention while remaining deeply rooted in the exceptional terroirs of the Côte des Blancs.
