Soil Therapy Sylvaner Reserve 2023

Sylvaner Réserve is a tribute to the historic greatness of Alsace’s once-dominant grape variety. Sourced from vines over 40 years old, mainly planted on clay-limestone soils, it brings together high-quality village and lieu-dit parcels. Fermented and aged partly in stainless steel and partly in oak, with gentle skin contact where appropriate, the wine balances freshness and spontaneity with texture, structure and dry extract. It is a pure, age-worthy expression of Sylvaner and a defining wine of the Soil Therapy project.
