Chin Chin Chenin

The Chenin Blanc of the Loire Valley, has evolved over climate changes over the decades, to make wines with higher concentration, more precision, more intense aromas, and greater distinctive terroir reflection while maintaining its high-acidity freshness. 

The Chenins in the Domaine Arnaud Lambert are made with a delicate touch with deliberately reduced oak treatment. Arnaud distributes the fermentation in casks and barrels - for precision of oak seasoning in les Perrières and Clos David, and divides half of the Coulée de Saint Cyr and Clos de la Rue in barrels and concrete tanks.
