Champagne Savart Bulle De Rosé Premier Cru
Champagne Savart Bulle De Rosé Premier Cru
" Its notes of raspberry, strawberry and melon are fragrant and ripe, accented by a prominent bitterness that may or may not bother you depending on your sensitivity to it. It’s balanced well, and its flavors are complemented by an elegant texture—pair this with food to tame that bitter character.” Peter Liem

The Producer
The wines of Frédéric Savart have, in recent years, been highly prized and sought after as terroir-expressive grower champagnes. Years ago, Frédéric abandoned his fledgling football career to join his family estate as its third-generation vigneron in 2005.
The Savart estate comprises six hectares of vineyards in Ecueil and its neighbour Villiers-aux-Noeuds, all of which classified Premier Cru. Pinot Noir occupy 4 hectares of the vineyards, with Chardonnay taking up 2 hectares.
Today, Champagne Frédéric Savart grace the wine lists of internationally prominent restaurants, including El Cellar de Can Roca, noma and RyuGin.
